also, Could I add another shoulder exercise in or would that be too much ?

well this was kinda answered in one of my other posts. thanks. But still, could I add another shoulder exercise in? Maybe 4 exercises of 3 sets each rather than 3 exercises of 4 sets each?

Too much!!!! You eed to eat and spend less time in the gym. IMO don't do all those sets. Why shoulders and back. For the most part I do shoulders with legs or traps and back on it's own day because when I'm done I can't hold a barbell. I'm guessing this is light weight.

It's not the law but more of an exception.

hmm not quite sure... but ive been doing those shoulder exercises with that many sets and I'm seeing the most results out of my shoulders within the past 4 months or so. So I figure I better not change it, cuz its working.

you must eventually change it, this is me assuming you dont know already, because as another blockade to your body fighting you to be the biggest thing on the planet, it will adapt to workouts, and once it does this...the gains will stop.you should constantly rotate and change your workout to prevent this, thus preventing it from adaption and will always need to grow as you are hitting it in different areas in different ways.hope that makes sense....

yup it does. ive got a couple exercises that I will replace some of the ones I listed with every now and then. but yea i know what you mean. Know of any other good shoulder exercises? I will throw in one where you take an EZ bar and use reverse grip and pull up to ur chin, but other than that idk.

Why did you back and shoulders together? (just a question) And, waht are you trying to do? How long have you been lifting and whats your experience?

well I stay in the dorms at UW-Milwaukee from Monday-Thursday and I dont have access to good back or shoulder equipment, so in order to get a good workout, I have to do certain exercises during the week and others on the weekends where I can get better workouts. So shoulders and back just fell on the same day.

Heres a list of what I need to do at UWM during the week and what I do at the YMCA on weekends when I'm home.

Monday-Thursday
-Leg Extensions, Leg Curls, Chest, Biceps/Forarms,

Friday-Sunday
-Shoulders, Back, Triceps, Squats, Calfs

It doesn't affect when and how I workout though, incase that was the reason for asking.

posted by SkinnyManKyle
I have no car when I'm at school but maybe a bus route goes there. (and I have no clue where it is anyways) But, No I go to the YMCA in Waukesha because I go home on the weekends to work and stuff.

I think you can add another exercise but in all honesty I don't think you need to if you are doining everything right you don't need more. Quality my friend:D
