I get my shoulders too burn but never sore the next day, should I add more reps, sets, or keep doing what I do?



For ABs:

What do you think I should I do for Abs? I do 5 Sets of 40-50 and Leg Raises 5 Sets 20-25.

Soreness the next day is not a good guage for a good workout so if its working for you, I wouldnt change. As for abs, high reps are not necessary. Do cable crunches with enough weight to get 10 or 12 reps and focus on the contraction and hold it for a second or 2.

well when im sore i feel like i worked harder into my muscle tissue but i dont think not being sore doesnt mean you had a good workout
