Anyone else notice that your muscles aren't pumped when you wake up? Like I will go to bed feeling all huge and shit, then I'll wake up and be noticeably smaller? Am I doing something wrong?

no. thats for a number of reasons. 1st off, while you sleep, your muscles aren't doing anything, so less blood is in the muscle. 2nd you haven't eaten in a long time and the lack of carbs leaves the muscles less full.

so to kinda wake them up and pump them back up I should obviously eat right away and maybe just like move them around to get the blood flowing?

stop chasing the pump. while it certainly feels/looks good, it means nothing. just continue to eat right and train hard and everything will work itself out.

besides, a pump is actually blood trapped in the muscle, so its really not getting any new nutrients in that state.
