| I need some new workouts im not seeing much gains and results from doing the same workouts ive been doing for a while. I usually do chest/ back ... traps/ shoulders .. bi/ tris/ abs ... each category on seperate days ... if anyone has some good exercises and or better way to set up the split let me know ... |

| don't do back.chest on the same day. do something like chest/bi's or chest tris and back/bis or back tris depending on what you worked with chest. also where is your leg day and your rest? |

| im not allowed to do legs at the moment ... i tore my PCL last year and am still going through physical therapy .. i asked what exercises i was allowed to do and the rehab place said none without them around .. so i hope that helps clarify. I also take one day a week off and one day on cardio and abs. |
