Can anyone here do The Flag ? Seen in Pavel Tsatsoulines video & book on Abs / Stallone does it in Rocky IV / Bruce Lee photos of him doing it in books.

Lying flat on bench whole body off it resting on shoulders/top of back , raise to vertical back to few inches off bench , etc.

What muscles do you need to train to be able to do it? As I know some 'serious ass' bodybuilders that cannot do it!

If anyone watches Rocky 4 you can see Stallone doing it whist training to fight Drago;speaking of him, has anyone seen his Abs DVD? Does it include The Flag in it? It is made by Instone , his supplement company but got deleted , so you can no longer buy it easily, but there are some on Ebay just now, probably worth buying as it will increase in value and become a collectors item as it is no longer available to buy.

It has been reported that the scene where Stallone does THE FLAG in Rocky IV was digitally enhanced and the use of camera tricks also created an optical illusion that Sly was doing The FLAG. In reality, I think there are only a handful of people to ever grace this Earth that have been able to do the FLAG correctly.
