| I have read that it is more beneficial to do cardio in the morning and on an empty stomach. I asked some of the trainers I work with and they said that that makes no difference. I usually do cardio about 30 mins to an hour after a small meal (pb on toast or celery and pb). Depends on how I feel. |

| because of my job I do cardio anytiem I can... soemtiems in the morning, like today, other days I do cardio in the evening... im not a beleiver in cardio on an empty stomach in the morning... your body needs food after resting fro 8 hours.. plain and simple.. |

| Then how does your body choose fat for fuel over the food in your stomach when your doin the cardio? Also, Ive noticed alot of guys when doin cutting for contest prep do a split that looks like cardio in the am and wieghts in the pm. There must be somethin to that. |

| i wish i could wake up at 4 and do it before work but i end up doing cardio in the evening with a light snack. |
