Hi! This is my first post. I have a question please. I'm a young, overweight woman and I have recently started working out. Mainly I do cardio on the elliptical trainer and I do leg presses, I workout in the pool and I also do pilates. I do push myself and lift as much as I can. Here's the problem, I never get soar. Years ago I would get soar after not working out for a while but this time I never got soar once. I feel stiff but no soarness. Am I doing something wrong?

No. Soreness is not a guage for a good workout. As long as your goin at least 20-30 minutes in your target heart rate zone, your doin fine.

Thank You for your reply. I guess it's just a general thought that your suppose to be soar, especially when you are just beginning.
