| Hi im 18 years old. I weigh 190 lbs and am 6' 1" give or take. My BF right now is about 9 - 10 %. I've been training for roughly 4 years almost 5. I was a fitness center instructor for about a year before wrestling season came and i didn't have the time. Currently im taking in roughly 6000 - 7000 calories a day and its roughly 5 - 6 meals a day. I am going through rehab on my left knee for a torn PCL and am limited to NO legs at the time being. Only what the Physical Therapy place tells me to do unfortunately. Im looking to be a solid 210 - 215. The time i put in isn't a big deal at all, and the pain doesnt matter either. Please let me know if you have any workouts to help get me to 210. Thanks |

| well if youre really eating 6-7k cals, youre going to turn into a big blubber boy. Thats WAYYY over maintenence especially at your size. Im not saying dont eat that much, cause if i could i would, but youre DEFINATELY going to gain fat along with your muscle. I really dunno whut to reccomend on the training, hopefully sumone else will chime in. |

| I would agree, thats far too much. Almost an unhealthy amount. Be careful. |

| i try for 5k or alittle over and im 200. Im getting a lil chub, but i wanna be fatish, if you wanna be solid, id say 4-4500. |

| So your saying everyone of your meals is well over 1200k cals?? Please write out what oyu eat would love to seee what that consits of... |

| i'll write down what i eat but i was trying to estimate also that i go to college and its college food. not the healthiest for you and most of it is fried not grilled here. ive already started to take down the cals the past couple days i was around 4k. i only could eat 6 -7k one day because i felt like i was pregnant and realized i was doing it all wrong |
