I want to put on weight. Mainly muscle what should i eat... should i watch what im putting in or not. Low in fat??

i eat beaf and pizza.
PS its a healthy pizza :) it is really hard to eat alot lol.
i got a question? if i lift heavier weights the stronger and bigger my musles are gonna be??

yes...first off you coulda started your own thread. and yes if you lift heavier weights ur body will need to adapt to the heavy weights, and how does it adapt? The muscles grow. If you are doing lighter weights and tons of reps ur just going to burn fat and MAYBE put on some muscle.

yo post waht u eat now on a avearge day in diet and nutrition eatin enough will allow you to gain weight. read my diet i posted in diet and nutrition im 215 22% bf and trying to keep bulking i prob eat 3900 cals a day and i dont gain much weight you will see you will have to continuasouly step up your eating amounts to gain that weight. if yuo eat the right types of foods and a shitload of them you will gain the right weight.

I am not that big right now at all, but when I started out I was thin. I am a hard gainer so its a LOT of work, but the results are well worth it. When I started eating heavy I likely put on about 30 lbs almost. Just have to get your body used to eating about every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. After a while, for me anyways, my body became used to it. I would be ready to eat every few hours. Always snacking on things helps too. I am never sitting around without something in close reach. Depending on what kind of weight or bulk you wish to gain, your diet will change accordingly. For me it was almost anything and everything healthy. I wouldn't eat chips and pop all the time, rather fruits and other snacks like nuts and things, this is between meals. Also I would NEVER go to bed hungry no matter what, so protein shakes every night with high calorie intakes were used. Patience is another key, it takes time. At least it did for me because my metabolism was like lightning, I ate more and it would just go faster and faster. So a lot of eating, and hard training will get you to where you want to be.
