| what time of day does everyone work out? i almost always do it about an hour before i go to bed, i find it puts me right to sleep. what time of day does everyone think is best? |

| Yes, I train after work also. Body is filled up with all the "goods" and ready to be spent. Tried training in the AM but just couldn't do it. I value my sleep WAY too much. |

| I am the same as bignready. I lift at 5 in the morning. Start my day out right. Get the lifting done before I have a chance to get in a bad mood or tired from work. |

| when my schedule allows i like to go around 7-730 in the evening on t & t and the @ 9-10 am on s. tonight i had to go at 9pm because my stupid wife... |

| Evenings for me now but with the upcoming change in weather (if EVER) I will be switching to am's. UGH......Im not much of a morning person! |

| i try to go at like 7ish. i wouldnt lift right before bed, because your body would be starving for nutrition all night, and PWO nutrition is very important. |
