what time of day does everyone work out? i almost always do it about an hour before i go to bed, i find it puts me right to sleep. what time of day does everyone think is best?

i usually work out around 7pm.

i usually get it in before work.around 4:30 or5 am.if i wait till i get off i'm too tired

Yes, I train after work also. Body is filled up with all the "goods" and ready to be spent. Tried training in the AM but just couldn't do it. I value my sleep WAY too much.

I am the same as bignready. I lift at 5 in the morning. Start my day out right. Get the lifting done before I have a chance to get in a bad mood or tired from work.

i stop right after work. if i give myself time to go home, there's no way i'm going back to the gym.

when my schedule allows i like to go around 7-730 in the evening on t & t and the @ 9-10 am on s.

tonight i had to go at 9pm because my stupid wife...

whenever I am able to lift depends on my work schedule... prefer liftin in the AM though

Evenings for me now but with the upcoming change in weather (if EVER) I will be switching to am's.

i try to go at like 7ish.

i wouldnt lift right before bed, because your body would be starving for nutrition all night, and PWO nutrition is very important.
