my went to a back doctor and he told me i had a pinched nerve next to my right shoulder blade has anyone had this im going to physicall therapy for 6 weeks anyone got btter form this?? or simialr problem?
this keeps me away from traps and deads. completely

when i have a pinched nerve i just go against a wall and rub it out. hurts like a bitch and sometimes gets really inflammed but i just take ibuprofen. go get a massage!

yeah ive had a pinched nerve in my back... not fun, had one that kept me up at night for like a week straight... just gotta work it out or get a massage
