| so i started rugby and i dont want to over train..... Rugby= monday wednesday and friday Lift=tuesday thursday and saturday tuesday=back shoulders thursday=chest arms saturday=legs Could u guys write out a sample workout im not good with so many bodyparts in one day I HATE THREE DAY SPLITS but this is like the only way i think it will work.....i would rather just lift after rugby(4-6) lift at like 7 but thats prolly over training...... what if i lifted b4 skool in the am? ((im not good at waking up so i dont kno how thats gunna happen)) any suggestions please?! |

| You can still lift on the days you practice just don't go heavy. Remember, the OFF-SEASON is where you want to make your gains in the weightroom. During the season you are in there to maintain. In college, we were required to still lift 3 days a week during the season. |
