| How many exercises should you be doing per body part? I'm aiming for gaining muscle mass and am afraid that i may be overworking a certain muscle group by doing too much exercises on one body part. |

| less is more so if you even thnik your overdoing it, do less |

| 2-3 exercises and 12 sets per week is a good starting point. |

| what do you mean? bis/tris = 8-10sets chest = 10 sets quads = 12 sets somethng like that? |

| If yo talkin to me, then Yeah. I do this amount in a week Bis-12 sets Chest-16 sets Quads-10 sets Hamstrings- 9-10 sets I dont do tris cause they get plenty of workout on other exercises... for me anyhow. Thats kinda alot of sets for chest if you do a split with chest on its own day, but I split it up over 3 days. |
