| Hi, I'm new to the forums. I was browsing around and I have a question. Ive been working out for about 4 months and ive gain substantial results. Problem is that I will be going to vacation in a few weeks. I want to develop a routine that will allow me to maintain my state while keeping the workout as short as possible. Any suggestions are appreciated! thank you |

| just train heavy still, compound movements. Bench, dead, squat, dips, cleans, barbell press, rows. stuff liek that. Eat a shit ton, and u wont lose too much, pry gain actually. |
