Hi, I'm new to the forums. I was browsing around and I have a question. Ive been working out for about 4 months and ive gain substantial results. Problem is that I will be going to vacation in a few weeks. I want to develop a routine that will allow me to maintain my state while keeping the workout as short as possible. Any suggestions are appreciated! thank you

just train heavy still, compound movements.

Bench, dead, squat, dips, cleans, barbell press, rows. stuff liek that. Eat a shit ton, and u wont lose too much, pry gain actually.

Take a break. A week or so is not gonna hurt ya.
