| i kno ive asked this before but i tried a 3 day split of tues-chest tris delts thursday-back bis sat-legs but i dont have energy to do 3 bp in one day i tried to do shoulders after chest and couldnt do it so i need something new monday wednesday and friday i have rugby so i can lift tuesday thursday saturday and sunday how should i split it up |

| oh yea would it be overtraining if i were to have rugby from 4-6 then at like 8 go lift? |
