| Hey guys, havent been around, I have been really busy over the last couple of months... But anyway im tryin to cut down like 8-10 pounds and i just want to show you my current workout regimen to see if you can pull out anything im doing wrong or something i can improve on. Monday 10 am Chest 3:15 Abs/Running Tuesday Afternoon - Biceps Wednesday 10 am - Shoulders+Legs Wed Afternoon Running Thursday Afternoon- Back/Triceps Friday 10 am - Biceps/Abs Afternoon Run Saturday And/Or Sunday Running I have a tight schedule due to college, and other activities. So its kinda hard to move anything around. I have a pretty clean diet except the drinking on the weekends, but that is not changing til i graduate lol. I get AT LEAST 1g protein per pound a day. I am on the ECA stack for a while and have lost bf%. Im 184 with 11.5% bf and 5'10. I want to get down to around 175 with less then 10% bf. As I have lost weight I have not lost any strength (well it least that I have noticed). I rep out 225 pretty easily. Max around 255. Deadlift 315 3-5 times. I try to space out my running with my lift because apparently its not good to run right after your lift. any criticism is appreciated thanks a lot. |

| Looks like you are getting you lifting and cardio in. I'd say that to lose that weight, especially if you are already at 11% BF, your diet is what you need to take a look at. Make sure your calorie intake is less than the cals you burn. What does your diet look like right now. |

| Plus that drinking, especially in college, will make it hard to cut. |

| my diet is basically the best thing i can configure around this campus food. i try and keep it to a salad with steak and chicken with light light dressing for lunch, and grilled chicken for dinner. I keep a lot of fruits, yogurt, power bars, milk, and of couse tons of water in my diet. I have 2-3 protein shakes a day (55g each). It is tough to have a clean diet here. The drinkin, i know is bad 2-3 times a week, id say 90% liquor mostly captain morgan (rum), soco, or vodka. I dont really drink half as much during the summer when i dont have school so its not really a problem then. at home of course my diet is much better, and easier to keep track of... i dont really have access to things like egg whites, and lean meats over here, its depressing but i make up for it. and whenever i snack i usually eat things like soy chips, beef jerky, something low in fat. |
