if you remember i had SLAP lesion repair surgery in may and everything seemed to be healing fine until i had a few weeks off from working out. im back in town and working out again and still staying light. i felt an excruciating pain in my shoulder and down my bicep during dumbell press. its a day later and the pain is still on and off. is there something i should be taking that i might be lacking. do i continue lifting the same, hold off, switch to bands w/o weight or see the doc. i hate to pay a doc to tell me to take it easy and com back in two weeks. i still owe him $1000 in co-pays.

as long as you make effort to pay they cant say anything. plus the surgery center, surgeon, Anesthesiologist (3 different types) and rehab center. expensive.

im wondering what it could be. he told me that the parts that he sewed up will be stronger than the original muscle. im terrible at anatomy so im just a little nervous here.
