| Hi all, first time post and i need a bit of advice. Ive got not a bad training routine, weights with cardio. But I have the type of job that i dont realy get the time for proper meals, can anyone give me advice on the best type/make of protien drink and fat burners to take. Dont need to bulk up just a decent meal replacement. I am 252lds, 6'02" and 31. I just need to get rid of that annoying bit of fat on the old love handles and the slowly diminishing beer belly (which cost me a lot of money). PS....superb board, top notch posts and have learnt a lot already. Cheers all |

| for meal replacement I would just make my own. I would get some casein or whey casein mix protein and mix in 1/2 cup of oats, table spoon of olive oil, splenda if desired and non fat milk blend it. little thick but you get some protein and some quality carbs and some good fats. |
