| My left arm has really been limiting my workout becuase its weaker. What can i do to improve this? |

| Or use both hands...., ha no but seriously, that happens. Do more core lifts instead of bullsh*t isolation exercises, do them well and with proper form, and you will grow proportionatly and equally in strength and size |

| Use dumbells to exercise and maybe even put a little more weight on the weaker side. stop both hands at the same time - don;t do more reps on one side rather than the other and after a set amount of time or trainig in this manner try the barbell again and see if you have evened up. |

| or just start lifting with your left hand and put 5-6lb's more and train it very hard.i done the same. now my left hand is strong just as my right :) |

| NOPE keep the weight the saem and force your weaker arm to adapt. you should NEVER use different weight in each arm it will jsut help promote muscular imbalance. |

| Even though thats funny, that could be how you got in this predicament. haha! Seriously like smallguy said, nver use different weights, your arm will eventually adapt. |

| yea my woman's left arm was weaker so she would finish her reps on her right then use her right arm to spot her left a little. now her left arm is alot stronger then it was |
