I got baby fat but I am so close to getting rid of it. I am 24 years old and I am more interested in making my build look good instead of gains. My build is good because I have been lifting since freshman year high school. In the last year I have cut down (without too much strength loss and following a very strict, well researched diet guidelines) from 181 to 157 now. I got all the veins going and everything and I look more cut than I ever have. The only thing is I cant seem to get rid of that last tiny pinch of baby fat near the bottom of my 8 pack. Am I being realistic here? Is losing that last 2-4% body fat and maintaining it realistic? Is that even healthy? Any suggestions?

whats your bf% right now?

as far as keeping yourself at a low bf% unless your geneticly gifted it would be really hard to keep it low if you were trying to bulk ever again.

bf now is around 10%. Everyone keeps telling me its a process. Right now my build, astetically, is better than anyone I know and puts to shame almost everyone at my gym but I'm still not seeing those veins in my stomach. Do you think I would benifit from bulking up again then losing it since I already know all the ins and outs of my own metabolism?

Vascularity has a lot to do with genetics.

keeping at 10% is a good BF but there any reason youre cutting? might as well bulk again if youre at 10%. but as far as your little pouch...youcould get rid of it by completely dieting down or IMO its genetics. some people just cant get rid of that extra fat.
