I had to take 4 months off of doing my legs for baseball and i just recently started doing them again. When I play basketball or even walk around my house, my knees just absolutely kill. Anyone know whats going on here?

Bro just watch out coz you want to watch our for your knees. Make sure you warm them up properly and it may even be worthwhile getting them checked out. Thi is coming from a guy who has had a serious knee injury in one knee and the other one pretty badly damaged - leading to not being able to walk without crutches for weeks, and I can tell you it isn;t the most pleasant of feelings. It is the most painfull thing I have ever felt even more painfull than seeing Heidelberg United lose the premier league grand final last year.

ha yea.... they only hurt when i start running though. Like right now if i were to run up the stairs quick they probably wouldnt hurt. but everytime i start playing basketball they just kill and i have like a limp run. just woke up 30 mins ago and they dont hurt at all. When i do squats and stuff they dont hurt either.

I had the same problem with my knees and wrists. After playing basketball. You probably just went to hard too fast. I 've started taking a supplement called "Shark Cartilage" which I bought from GNC for 13 bucks, and it seems to be working. I would still get it checked out though, and just go easy on it for a while.

id say not going deep enough as well, its harder on them to stop 1/4 of the way down, than below parralel.
