| depends on grip but palms facing awy it hits your back mainly... recruits some bicep palms facing you hits mroe bicep but still gets u back you can vary your grip as well |

| back and bis, mostly back regardless of the grip IMO. i like rack chins. |

| Doing good old chin ups has made the biggest difference for me, I have been doing all the other movements for so long now. But since I starting doing these I have been in extreme pain, good pain though. |

| works the back alot. Wide grip is a must in a good back workout IMO. I do back and bis together so works well. |

| yup back. esp the lats. they are good to rotate in a routine as i like them for mass, dnt do much for strength though IMO>.. Rows are probably superior for strength and probably mass as wel |
