| i get severe pain while doing any weight skull crushers. anyone else? any ideas? never had an elbow injury. |

| tendonitis is the swelling of the tendon. i have a problem in my right elbow...sucks cuz its hard to do heavy weight. have to warm it up alot |

| Tendonitis is the tearing of the tendon at the microscopic level. Inflamation or swelling are possible symptoms. Its caused by excessive repetitive movement. Ie, weightlifting, tennis, golf, etc...:) |

| Yep. Its painful but it can be rehabbed if you dont let it get too far out of control. Motrin 3-4 times a day is a good start. Then see a doctor if it persists. |

| i got it badd in my left arm A trainer told me that i have mild tendonitis probably from my biceps growing faster then my forearm so when i curl im overwhelming my forearms. but it really only hurts in the winter, i barely feel it when it gets warm |

| I love skullcrushers, however, they are one of the toughest exercises on your elbows. try switching to a close hand bench press...i definitely wouldn't be using heavy weight on skullcrushers if you have tendonitis there. |
