| you need both...carbs especially right after ur done working out, and tons of calories throughout the day. |

| All carbs are not created equal though. Theres good carbs: oatmeal, pasta, rice, whole wheat bread, dairy products, fruits. Then theres bad carbs: white bread, anything with refined sugar, soda, pop tarts, sugar cereal, etc. Bad carbs spike your insulin too fast leading to fat storage. So tons of good carbs is fine if youre bulking but more protein than carbs is even better. |
