| OK here is kinda an in depth version of my workout plan....The first set of every exercise is a warm up. Sunday - 3 sets abs, 4 sets squats, 4 sets calfs (calves?) Monday - 3 sets forearms, 3 sets reverse forearms, 4 sets preacher curls, 4 sets hammer curls, 4 sets concentration curls Tuesday - OFF Wednesday - 4 sets leg ext., 4 sets leg curls, 4 sets pec flys, 4 sets bench press, 4 sets cable press Thursday - OFF Friday - 3 sets abs, 4 sets incline rows, 4 sets lat pull downs, 4 sets flat seated rows Saturday - 4 sets shoulder flys, 3 sets shoulder press, 3 sets rotator cuff flys, 4 sets tricep press downs 1 hand @ a time, 4 sets tricep pressdowns, 4 sets tricep extensions. |

| OH YEAH... I play basketball 3-4 times a week so I just consider that my cardio. Going to work deadlifts in somewhere too. |
