I found that when I am weight training, I will get pains in the outerside of my forearms. At first I thought I was lifting to much so I dropped the weight, but it didn't help much at all. I then though that it was lack of vitamins and minerals so I have been taking multi-vitamin supplements and still no change. I would very much appreciate any input that you may have.

Thank You,

might be tendonitis. put a tight wrap around it and then ice it after your workout.

What are you eating? A lot of injuries are related to bad form.

Is there a certain excercise that gives you more pain after completing it? I used to have a lot of pain in my forearms after doing straight bar dumbell. I changed to using an EZ curl bar instead and the pain doesn't occur anymore.

Just a thought

maybe your forearms are just weak and you need to develop them more...use less soap and quicker motion:laughing:

yeah prob what cwshorns said

i got that problem i talked to a trainer at my school for a while and narrwoed it down to my biceps developing faster than my forearms, just add somemore forearms exc in ur workout and besides that the summer is coming it dosent hurt when its warm.

if yours is as bad as mine it stops me from doing certain things such as skull crushers due to sharp shaaarp pain

take some pain killers 20 min before your lift.

and yeah... less soap.
