I have been training each body part 1 time a week for a while. I was just reading a post that says to train each part 2 times a week. Could I get some examples of how an average week would look? Like I need someone to tell me "Sunday do this, Monday do that. etc..." Thanks.

heres my routine and i like what i am getting from it.
tues - chest, tries
thur - back, bies
sat- wheels, shoulders, traps (thats a strange session but i seems to be working for me at the time)

i try to 80-100 quality cruches each session, i also sqeeze in calves once or twice a week.

sat-back/light bi's
sun-chest/light delts/very light tri's
mon-cardio
tue-heavy bi/heavy tri's
wed-legs/heavy delts
th-cardio
fri-cardio
sometimes i'll skip tris on sat.i do this for 4 weeks then switch it up again
