I have been trying to get the look that i want in my abs but cannot figure out what to do to achieve those "lines" that form the V near the bottom of your abdominal. Any suggestions on techniques to help my definition in this perticular area ?

i do russian twists. you have it so youre balanced on your bum and twist so that you feel it burn on the sides. can ya visualise that?

add weight to this and it's real good. Also, grab a d-bell and do side bends...i know some of you are singing Sir-Mix-Alot after my side bends comment:laughing:

Doing the twists is great for your abs.. and also doing some ab work on the ball is great also.. it really hits that part of your abs as well.

the more running and cardio i do the more they come out.
