| I have been trying to get the look that i want in my abs but cannot figure out what to do to achieve those "lines" that form the V near the bottom of your abdominal. Any suggestions on techniques to help my definition in this perticular area ? |

| i do russian twists. you have it so youre balanced on your bum and twist so that you feel it burn on the sides. can ya visualise that? |

| add weight to this and it's real good. Also, grab a d-bell and do side bends...i know some of you are singing Sir-Mix-Alot after my side bends comment:laughing: |

| Doing the twists is great for your abs.. and also doing some ab work on the ball is great also.. it really hits that part of your abs as well. |
