Anyone else do the max-ot training. I started it this week and was curious if anyone here had tried it and what they thought. It looks solid to me. 1 bp per day one day a week w/heavy low rep sets. Total sets is around 10, reps are 4-6 with 2-3 min rests in between sets for those who arent familiar. In and out in 30 min.

I have done this before, about a year and a half ago. Its a pretty agressive program. Going extremely heavy and really low reps. The book is huge too!! One thing that I found though on this program... watch out for injuries. That goes for doing any kind of bodybuilding of course. I just noticed a lot of joint pain from doing the heavy weights, never really noticed a huge difference in size, but I did notice a difference in strength. Not really significant but it was there. Then I stopped because of the pains in the joints, I didn't want to over do it and get some kind of more serious injury. Try it and see how your body reacts to it, but I have heard good things about it from others.

Yes, I had many pains like this when doing it. Seems like a great program but can be painful, and not always muscle "painful". Mine were joint "painful" which I didn't like too much.

A good friend of mine has been on the MAX-OT program for going on 4 years now. He has made huge gains, but I personally have never tried it out. He does swear by it though.

I have almost 4 years in the gym and about more than 1 year and half with Max-OT. The best training program I had never tried. The best gains in mass and strength. I think never will change this system. Like thatoneguy said: Max-OT Rules!
