| Ok I've been putting on some extra baggage around my waist. My arms definately DONT have enough meat on them yet, but im really starting to get fat. By June I'd like to have my stomach and hips trimmed down. I used to be a twig so it wont be too difficult to do it. Should I start eating less/the right foods to cut down at like the start of May, but until then just keep eating like crazy? |

| bro- if you're 6'4 and 206lbs. i wouldn't worry about trying to cut down. You need to add weight not loose it. |

| oh yea i know i need to gain weight, but I'm saying for summer I wana take SOME fat off my stomach. I have a decent size gut right now. |

| play full court basketball 2-3 days a week. I'm getting enough i think. |

| add some light running or elliptical- seperated from your lift thats what i did to slim down my stomach, because i play basketball and other sports too but it wasnt enough, its hard to tally how much u actually do |

| i would keep adding weight too however there is a few tricks u can do to keep body fat at bay a- do carb cut offs b- drink lots of green tea c- carido! |

| i do cardio and limit my carbs to the morning and early afternoon.after 3 pm its all protein |
