| I play basketball a lot. If I were to work my shoulders and triceps early on Friday, and then play basketball later on Friday, that wont like harm them or anything will it? Cuz you use ur triceps a lot in basketball to dribble and shoot. Just kinda curious if that would like interrupt the repair process or something. |

| yeah i lift early usually, and sometimes play a pickup game later in the day... just make sure your getting enough carbs and protein in your diet, i take a shake after basketball |

| I would think as long as you are not over doing it you will be fine, as long as there isn't excessive load on them. Like CUTS says, take a break if you feel like the muscles are feeling fatigued. |
