i know there are some trainers on here.
my question is what is the average price?
i only found two trainers in the area and one is $40/hr and 60 for the other.

40 isn't bad but the more you pay the better off you will be (more qualified/experienced) I got a pro to help me for 50 a session. He doesn't train othes anymore but I have been beggin for about a year and he agreed for about 50 a session and he is a qualified trainer.

because of my shoulder injury im having trouble finding a pt that is comfortable working with somone coming out of an injury.

the closest trainer i found is about 30 miles from me. i already did 4-5 months of therapy, how many days a week would i need a trainer? would it be a once a week session or would he have to be present throughout all workouts during the week?

This would be something that your trainer would be able to explain better. He/She will need to know the details of the injury then from there would be able to provide you with this information.
