| So I went into the gym to do chest and tris yesterday. I only had 30 minutes to get everything done. Here is what I did.... Incline DBs 3 sets 6-8 reps Flat 2 sets 6-8 Flies 2 sets 8-10 Over head Tri presses with rope 3 sets Pushdowns 3 sets Done in 25 minutes. I used the pulleys for tris simply to make my routine smoother. I super setted Flies and over head rope presses. This was an awsome workout. I'm going to try this more often. It's like I was done before my body had a chance to get really run down |

| How heavy did you go on the presses? Any warmup or is what you posted it? |

| This did not include my warm up, which consisted of only 3 sets of inclines. I am a firm believer that once you're warmed up, you don't need to keep warming up. I am recovering from a back injury, so my lifts aren't quite what theyshould be. I did 90s on inclines, 105s on flat, 135lbs on rope and 150lbs on push downs, done real slow, considering the whole stack is easy. |
