| Lifting -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What kind of lifts should I do as I only have a set of dumbells. Should I use the heaviest ones or what? Would this be wise considering my back problem etc? what do you mean by multi vitamins? the kind you buy in the shops in form of tablets? could you give me an example of what foods to eat? and what is whey protein? where can i find it ? :D the heaviest set of dumbells are 6 kgs each ¬_¬. Some help plz? |

| You can do pretty much everything with a set of DBs. Chest-flat and incline presses Tris-DB crushers and kick backs Back-DB rows (do some chins too) Shoulders-presses and laterals Bis-this one is obvious Legs-walking lunges and high rep squats Lower back-DB deads and stiff legged deads(also a leg exercise) As for nutrition, that is alot of things to list. Go to the Diet forum. I, along with others, have written several replies to this same question. Do a search on my name for a good one. I wrote out an entire diet plan. I believe a couple others, dura, A.B and Storm have also. |

| Ouch, I just looked again and saw what DBs you have. I hope you are kidding...if not, go out and get yourself a pair of DBs that you can put weight on instead of getting indivdual weights. Plates are cheap when you buy them per lb. I get mine at York barbel. Get 4 2.5 plates 4 5lbs plates 8 10lbs plates 4 25lbs plates. That will take you a long way. |

| HA! My gym is bare minumum. It is only for when I can't get to the gym for several days/weeks at a time. I haven't used my equipment for about 6 months now All but a couple things are from York BB. My dad gave me a pair of York BB plates from when he was a PLer...they are 50lbs each. That tells you how old they are. I think with the rust they weigh 52lbs each. LOL |
