Is this a good build mass workout plan? Any ideas to improve it?

Monday
Stiff Legged Deadlifts - 1 max set of 20
Overhead Press - 5 sets of 5
Squats - 5 sets of 3
Seated Calf Raise - 2 sets of 20

Wednesday
Bench Press - 5 sets of 5
Traditional Deadlifts - 1 set of 20
Standing Calf Raise - 2 sets of 20

Friday
Shrugs - 5 sets of 5
Barbell Curls - 5 sets of 5
Dips - 5 sets of 5
Squats - 5 sets of 5 with Weight from Monday

I wouldn't bother with 20-rep deadlifts, but then I fall over trying to do 15 rep deadlifts. I guess I'm not that coordinated, but too much form is required for me to go high reps.

Also, it doesn't have much benefit to my mind for high reps either -- the joints it would help, can all be gotten with high reps squat.

Now low reps deadlift, that is where its at. Just my opinion of course.

Def go heavy on the deads and just do a couple of set of 5-6.
