| Is this a good build mass workout plan? Any ideas to improve it? Monday Stiff Legged Deadlifts - 1 max set of 20 Overhead Press - 5 sets of 5 Squats - 5 sets of 3 Seated Calf Raise - 2 sets of 20 Wednesday Bench Press - 5 sets of 5 Traditional Deadlifts - 1 set of 20 Standing Calf Raise - 2 sets of 20 Friday Shrugs - 5 sets of 5 Barbell Curls - 5 sets of 5 Dips - 5 sets of 5 Squats - 5 sets of 5 with Weight from Monday |

| I wouldn't bother with 20-rep deadlifts, but then I fall over trying to do 15 rep deadlifts. I guess I'm not that coordinated, but too much form is required for me to go high reps. Also, it doesn't have much benefit to my mind for high reps either -- the joints it would help, can all be gotten with high reps squat. Now low reps deadlift, that is where its at. Just my opinion of course. |

| Def go heavy on the deads and just do a couple of set of 5-6. |
