| Ive been bulking up and ive added 7 pounds so far in the last 2 weeks from eating and im a hardgainer but all that weight seemed to go just to my stomach, how do I get fat in other places of my body like arms and legs? |

| It could be many things but three immediately come to mind: 1. Your intake was excessive over your output. Meaning you took in too much too soon. You need to gradually increase calories...not increase in excessive (greater than 1000 calories per week) at a time. 2. You simply ate the wrong foods at the wrong times of the day... 3. Your workout intensity or volume could have insufficient to use those calories for building muscle. What do you think it is? |

What do you mean ate the wrong foods at the wrong time of day? Are you sayin there are specific foods to eat to help you gain fat in specific areas? And what do you mean wrong time of day arent you suppose to eat every 2 to 3 hours so that would mean ive been eating the whole day. |

| Don't eat so much man...you shouldn't be gaining much more the 1 pound a week unless your on every supplement ever made or your juicing. |
