| ok heres the deal. im 15 years old ive worked out off and on for about 2 years i was wonderin if you guys could give me some advice. i really need some views on what supplements i need to take. i want something with ridicously fast results without it being to expensive. i would like to have results before i go back to school. i heard no xplode was good but i dont know. i need some workout tips too and lots of them. what im mainly focusing on is my back, abs, and arms. | no such thing you have to put hard work and sweat to get what you want..You can start by psting what you eat and how yo workout your young and your not body mature that also takes time your wanting something you can have yet so realize that and do what you can now so it is that much better later on..Other will chim ein but you have to tell us more then I want fast now and i am 15 that is vauge and shallow. |
