| i'm 15 i know that supplements cant be very healthy for a 15 year old. do you know of any that will turn up great and fast results? |

| i take N.O. xplode...usually 1 scoop but im a little tired from 8 hours of cuttin grass ill take two scoops. It works better than xpand in pump and pre work out stuff but in the morning you will really feel that you worked out wearas with xpand you get the recovery matrix and arent hardly as sore. If u just wanna work out about 8 more reps on bench and 2 more sets on arms go with no xplode hands down. |

| I dont think he knows what bodybuilding is all about...will probably turn out to be one of those guys that dumps loads of steroids nto his body one time in life in the hopes to get big and will sprout some very nice bitch tits. |

| Dude just eat a lot of spagetti and protein, don't take any supplements till your 18 or so, they wont help but food will be your best bet |

| Why 18? you can take protein powder before 18 and get good results. |
