| Hey, just started lifting recently.. what happens when one arm is weaker and muscles are a little less developed and smaller than the other arm? What should I do? Should I work on the weaker arm for a month and not touch the stronger one? Should I do the same excersizes for both arms but keep the reps the same so the weaker one is exerting more force and the stronger one isn't as much? |

| this happens to everybody. just train them equally as hard and you will be goood to go. :) |

| One arm is bigger than the other? You must be some kind of freak or something. Seriously, it's normal. Just make sure that if you're using all bars for arm work, that you start using more DBs. Other than that, don't worry about it. |

| Yes start using DBs as well and only train until your weaker side hits failure. An aditional set on the weaker arm at the end of the workout would help too. You guys dont need both hands to wank with? I thought this was the internet :D |
