first advice. More isn't better. What's your goals and what your bf%?

general rule of thumb 3 lifts per muscle group not more then 3 working sets per lift. That's general, only reason I am saying this is because of your chest routine. I would cut back on the reps to if you are going for strength and mass. example warm up on bench do light weight 12-15 times then start your working sets 6 reps, 5 reps, 3 reps. Just and example. Anyway give us some more info goals goals training experience.

also I hope this isn't an every day workout. you should be only training each muscle group 1-2 time per week IMO. Alot will say only once a week. It's person to person, but I make tremendous gains training them 2x a week.

If you are really lean your stats aren't bad. Athletic build most likely, not not a monster. hard to say if your stats are good with out a bf%.

Kind of an incomplete workout. Depends on your stats, goals, experience, etc. but if you scroll down in this same training and advice section you can see my routine. It's under Basic strength/size routine. Regardless of what you do, you need to hit every muscle group and I hope you're not working the same muscles every day.

so what if i decrease my reps and sets but then i increase the weight...my goal is to broad up my shoulders, arms and chest, and decrease my waist line size....so lets say i do 3 sets of 8 or Maybe even 3 sets of 10 on each...it wouldnt be that bad

For my waist if i want to slim it down.......could i do lightwieght on squats and more reps...that should be good.

Nah, it doesn't work that way. You have to lean up independent of your lifting. You can't convert fat into muscle, and high rep squats will, at best, benefit your joints (and for such a compound exercise I'm not certain that will be the case), they won't build muscle at all. Heavy squats are critical to building muscle and strength in my opinion.

If you want to widen your shoulders you need to work shoulders.
The routine you listed doesn't even include them.(other than indirectly by working chest)
You want bigger arms? what about triceps? You don't work those either
You need a complete program, regardless of what it is.
