| Happens to me too. I think it just has to do with your eustacian (sp) tubes. I just stop for a second, breathe exclusively through my mouth for a minute and I'm fine. |

| Ive wondered what it is aswell .. i get it after intense cardio or a hard workout my ears feel blocked i can hear my heartbeat and breathing but i cant hear myself talk properly. When i bend down to stretch hams it goes away temp. |

| are you holding your breath when your lifting? i think that happens to me if i hold my breath while lifting heavy, but thats not a good idea you should exhale. just a shot in the dark though |

| You could try yawning to unblock your ears, this works on airplanes when the pressure changes - I assume it is the same sort of thing. Proably wont look to hardcore though yawning in the middle of a leg workout. |
