when im lifting i only stay at a certain weight.....for exzample if im chest pressing about 90lbs....how can increase in time to lets say 110lbs...this is what i neeed help with.

well how long have you been stuck at the same weight? you need to give more information if you want any help.

Sup for str is what you want. 3 sets of 4-6 reps( first set try do more then 4, but less then 6, if too light add weight) by the time you reach 3rd set add weight till you can't do 4th rep barely. that just one of the chest workouts. just increase 5 lbs a week or maybe 2 weeks
