| Hi brothers ,,,,,, I started workout 3 month ago , first 2 month I was doing full body workout 4 days a week , After that i start to split my workout ex'''' chest , biceps and abs day 1 back , triceps and forearms day 2 shoulders , legs and Traps day 3 rest day 4 and 2 days a week I add cardio before my workout . But know my goal is to gain weight , I bought serious mass just to help me gaining fast . I know I have to eat eat and eat to gain So should I stick with my split workout or do the full body workout to gain ? plzzz help is ther a better workout routine for gaining ? |

| if youre going to do cardio before make sure it is short and sweet. do the cardio after ur workout |

| Hey bro, ya adding cardio in your workouts is great. Your goal is to gain mass, but remember even eat and eat won't do. There are foods you have to avoid. Not any food is eatible. Hopefully you do your workouts at night before dinner and cardio in the morning after breakfast. and i recommend Cytogainer for gaining mass. good luck |

| Forearms? don't those get worked out when u work alot of upper body? Why do they really need specific exercises? |

| Keep the split. But I don't know how you work anything else with legs. Quads are a large percentage of your body and if you're working them hard enough you won't have energy left for anything else. Maybe add a 4th day to your split for shoulders and calves so quads and hams get their own day. jmo |
