Look if want to be awake we'll drink a cup of coffee, then please reread your posts prior to posting.

No it will not get you fat if you do 30-45 minutes of cardio every other day or a few times a week. I personally am doing cardio atleast 4 times a week to stay somewhat lean and I notice you grow more when you are doing cardio, I guess it helps everything work synergistically

Thats really a big part is not neglecting your cardio, its a good way to put on muscle not fat.
