I'm a 21yo Male at 5.8 and 175 Last time i checked my body fat was pretty bad at 21%
But i have been working in and out the gym for about a 2 years now and i've been at a good 165 like 14% body fat at peak :( . Plateu?
I've been thinking about loosing weight and try to burn at least 4-500 calories when i do Cardio (3-4 times a week) and a side from one maybe two cheat days I try to keep my diet with the lowest carbs possible and try to take at least 2 to three protein shakes a day. I want to get more muscle but at my weight and height i'm just afraid of getting FATTER! Any good advice out there?

The cardio sounds good I was actaully doing more calories 6 days a week during my cutting period so I think you should do at least 5 day. You should be ok with muscle as long as you keep lifting while you lose weight.

Building muscle while losing fat is quite the task.

If you keep dropping your body fat while lifting heavy and simply keeping your carbs right before and after your workout plus the 6 cardio sessions per week...

...than you should drop more fat and create the ILLUSSION that you are more muscular.

If you want NEW muscle on your body...get ready to put on some more body fat.

I would go with my first suggestion.

Thanks for the advice. I will try to lift Heavier and Still do low intensity cardio Sessions to burn at least 4-500 cals. Maybe when i drop some fat and get that "illusion" i'll try out some products to gain lean mass.
