i was at the gym today and there was a blackout mid-max bench, i was pretty ****in scared thank god i had a good spotter who apparently could see in the dark

my gym just puts on satellite radio. it seems like a different station everytime i go in so sometimes its crap and sometimes its not

Yeah we have a wierd mix of music you never know what its gonna be so I gotta rely on the mp3 player. Plus I always time it so I can watch the price is right during my cardio.

my mp3 player just focus's me. people dont try to come up and talk to me as much with it on. but the real sad thing is people will sit there and stare until i take out my earphones just so they can ask or say something to me.

IMO,.. techno music in the gym is cool.. it keeps you motivated.. lol!!! Or you can just carry your ipod or cd player... :)

Ha you should see at my friends gym they have a cycling class in the dark with neon lights, strobes and techno its really wierd.
