| I took like 4 months off from lifting and just got back to it about 3 weeks ago. I am trying to take a different approach this time around which is to focus on getting stronger and more athletic. So one question is: what program do you think I should do to reach my goals? I tried Bigger Faster Stronger for 2 weeks and liked it. Oh, btw I am 5'8 170@ 15ish % bodyfat (so i made next to no gains after all that time off. :D) :banghead: my real dillema though is that i'm going on vacation for a week, leaving tomorrow. i'm gonna be doing some bodyweight stuff and some cardio but what should my diet be like? could i eat like everything and not worry that much about what i am eating or should i eat sorta clean, or really clean? any other questions that could help you help me would be appreciated.
