| i think those are staples for a solid diet. if you are like me, you can eat the same foods day in and day out and not get bored. if you are not, id start with those staples and look for foods similar in nutrition to those. The key will be preparation, mentally. sounds like you have made a conscious decision to be dedicated to the LIFESTYLE. I wish you nothing but the best and don't forget that all of us are here to help you. There will be obstacles to overcome along the way, those who find ways to achieve regardless of circumstance are those who will triumph. |

| what's your stats? As for the protein shake, I'm not sure how much vpx runs protein wise but if it's like any of their other products I'm sure it's spendy. Personally I would use a cheaper brand. I use optimum nutrition 20 some bucks for a 5lb jug. Usually protein is protein IMO, some taste better then others, some mix better then others, just because it has a familiar name doesn't make it better. Just thought I'd try and help you save a buck. Keep in mind though there are different types of protein, whey being the most common. Different types will cost more or less, but most are going to be more. |
