| so i hi im new, and i was wondering if anyone here runs, I've been working out for about half a year, ive been seeing alot of improvement but i still dont know what i want i went from football and no i want to do running, im 5'6" and about 170 and im 15 years old. I want to run cross country, ive been doing a all around body routine and ive been running the hill and for about 20 mins every other day, i was just wondering if you guys have any advice for me. anythign would be helpful thanks. |

| Running can be a very catabolic activity. therefore, alot of bodybuilders wont do it. It all depends on your goals. |
