for the bulking process how much protein should i consume everyday.......and how many minutes or cardio

How old are you? tall? weight? at least a gram of protein per pound of weight
posted by John H
absolute minimum, should aim for 2g protien per pound

minimum? i wouldnt have any more! why is that relevant to the section 'Training and advice'? hmmm. cardio depends on the individual. dont neglect it, thinking that it will hinder gains. it does quite the opposite. there's guys on here who do 10 hours a week whilst bulking! when i didnt do cardio i was out of breath from walking upstairs. my resting heartrate was hitting 3 figures. not good

At leat 1g of prontein per pound of body weight sounds good. you need to eat ten percent more food then you need for the amount of weight you are now. That includes calories, carbs plus fiber, fat ect.

bump John H, at minimum 2lbs of protein per bodyweight. Honestly, though, bro youre 16 and 170 lbs, just eat everything! Youre going to gain weight as long as youre cramming food in. Take it literal in a sense of not cramming just ding dongs and twinkies, but your metabolism should be running rampant at that age, just eat and eat a lot and eat frequently!

5'7" @170 are you fat or muscular? If you have high bodyfat you'll need to do more cardio. Don't wanna look like Cartman drinking weightgainer just to get huge. BEEFCAKE!

good, but it really depends on ur BF%

Yeah its hard to judge by just weight cause if you think like that almost all of us would be considered obese by BMI standards. Check your bodyfat my buddy is 5'8" and I think 187lbs but his bodyfat is only like 8.3% so hes far from fat.

Getting bodyfat done professionally is like watching people dyno tune their cars for the first time. Its a look of anticipation followed by a look of crushed dreams. Just remeber whatever they say can be changed just by working out. Also healthy is considered to be 16% or 17% I believe not positive.

i think thats the healthy for a woman, men are more like 13-16...at least thats what they told me last time i had it checked

I'm not sure on your age but ideal should be between 9.5-15.4%. And average is between 15.5-21.2%.
